And, doubtless, many subtle breakages did occur.

Sooner or later, I'll get the ultimate-wurlde.com redirected here. Until then, it's all about the 'robsoftcloud.net' address I'm afraid.

You're all grown ups. You can cope with this kind of minor inconvenience, I think. I believe in you, anyway.

And replying apparently scares the forum.

Cheers Spork. I've not time to look at this until next week but I will do. It might just be a configuration issue on my server, or something that gets washed away when I upgrade to version 3 (in the very near future).

Rob, you've officially left more posts on the board in the last few days about the move than you have in the last couple years and then some. It is also easy to leave other posts! Just sayin'. Just sayin'.

's very flattering to be noticed (or rather, for your absence to be noted) but I don't actually have anything much to say....

I fear I'd just be a rather boring old curmudgeon with little-to-nothing of interest to impart or add to the conversation.

Much of my communication these days tends to be self-deprecating flights of cod-observation, ironic (or just plain tongue-in-cheek) ranting and ill-informed opinion railing against the issues of the day.

Oh, actually... perfect for forums, then. :-)

do you still use livejournal? I think it's almost down to the single digits as far as number of users goes.

Hey Dyna, how are you? No, I don't use LiveJournal any more, though I have a few friends on there still.

A bunch of people went over to a 'fork' of it (DreamWidth I think it's called) but really I think it's days are probably numbered anyway.

I haven't been on there to post for a long, long time - I've probably forfeited my account or something.

Now that the CoT lives in a box next to my desk at home, I would like to think I'll make more effort to come here and see what you're all up to...
