I would guess Spork has had a similar experience as myself: Homestuck fans really like to corner you and tell you how awesome it is, whether you're interested or not. To be fair, they're not the only people who do that - Halo and Pokemon fans have been repeat offenders for me in the past.

I kind of thought that might be it, or that there was some sort of meme or something I'd missed out on. No, really, just looking for pics of costumes from people who did them this year, not trying to preach the Gospel of Hussie or anything like that.

I used to follow it closely, but he went on hiatus once and I got out of the habit of checking it every day. Then he exploded with content and I couldn't keep up. I think I'm about a year behind now. Is it over yet?

I think he's getting ready to end it, or at least that's the impression I got from my girlfriend re: his latest post/update, but I wouldn't know for sure. Not even remotely close to being caught up myself, at any rate.

Heh, there wasn't any offense, I realize there are Homestuck fans that can be as obnoxious as fans of pretty much, well, anything. Really did just want to see other peoples' costumes. Was there really no one else who costumed up this year?

I put skull antenna on Finley. And a cape. I also took a whole bunch of candy from my nephews. Then I watched a Saw marathon. That was the extent of my Halloween.
I might have been wearing Finley's antenna at some point but I hardly call that a costume. I would have had to wear the cape, as well.

We dressed the boy up as a saggy heffalump:

Maybe by Christmas he'll fit in that costume.
