Finally cracked open Super Paper Mario. It is everything I had hoped it would be.

It is incredibly cool, isn't it? The 3D factor is fun, but you don't feel like it overpowers the game, you get to use the wiimote without feeling like the gameplay is dependent on your spastic movements. I really like the "back to basics" style of play. I just wish there was a little more RPG to it.

By the way, Star Fox 64 in the Wii Shop? I think I popped a seam when I saw that.

The final version of the Wii Internet Channel browser is available from the Wii Shop Channel. It is free, but I think that in a little while they will start charging five bucks for it.

Loving wii-mails from Spork about Ham. And what a fine ham!

Just added:
Actraiser, Bonk's Revenge & Pacman for 800, 600 & 500 points respectively.

How much that is depends on what you pay for your Wii points, £14.99 for 2000 here.

!!!

They added Actraiser? I need to check the Wii Shop Channel again.

Twilight Princess is amazing!

Now i have two great RPGs to play, woe is me!
In fairness, we've been building 'ground zeros' near Iraqi mosques since March 2003.

It is pretty special, yeah. Although part of me wishes it'd come out earlier rather than as a last hurrah for GC/launch title for Wii...

Yeah, I think the combination of Wii Sports (included) and Zelda (launch title) sold way more Wiis than would've been sold without them.

As you no doubt noticed by now, Actraiser was added for Europe. I believe those fuckers also have Punch-Out.

Debs doesn't give Zelda a second thought. It's a concession to the hardcore through and through. Wii Sports is the killer app.

As she said "last games console I was even remotely interested in was the Megadrive". Says a lot if the Wii has snagged her. She's even done Mii's for most of her extended family. :)

I did indeed notice that. Although they get shafted on so many other things, I really don't have any reason to be upset.

Those fuckers.

That's us fuckers where it's still quite hard to find a fucking Wii in the flesh.

I'd love to buy us one, but it's either getting financially shafted by some theiving/opportunistic twat on eBay, or getting financially shafted by some theiving/opportunistic twat on Amazon e-shops.

Our highstreet shops have a bunch of games... but no machines.

Fucking Nintendo. Just pull your fingers out and make more, you soft bastards.

It's actually pretty hard to find a Wii around here, too. Apparently there are still lines in front of stores; they just can't make 'em fast enough.

It was absolutely worth the Craigslist premium I paid to get mine in order to avoid running around looking for one constantly.

They've got a new fab gearing up, but still a while until production starts!

And try this site Rob. Good to go until April 30th! Almost snagged one from Gamestation two days before my local Game store came up trumps. Do be aware Gamestation'll try to foist a bundle on you!

Might call into the local gamestation tomorrow. Last time I spoke to the guys they were thinking their weekly allocations were up about to increase slightly, so maybe...
