Maybe I should order FES now and then play it later. I'm still Persona 3ed out.

I would, Atlus games have very limited print runs and then they disappear. Since this game is fairly popular and critically well-received, it's likely that the value is going to spike at some point.

Yeah no doubt on both points. I seriously did not want to spend time dicking around with the karaoke every night or studying and shit again. Also the compendium and special items from maxed S-Links carries over too.

It literally takes about 2 hours for the game to start for real, that first scene where you first awaken to your persona on the rooftop is still very awesome though.

I haven't played P3 for awhile (6 months or so now) so I was ready to start it over, and this time I chose Hard. It is that. Not only is everything fucking extremely difficult (if you get an Enemy Advantage on even normal enemies you will probably die), but Compendium costs are quadrupled. I am really enjoying it though, I just beat the floor 36 boss and will be heading into the second full moon event on my next play session.

Addendum: EA's support for broken Rock Band gear is pretty good.

Broke on Sunday night, received replacement on Friday. Now to ship the broken one back so I don't get charged.

I finally beat Orange Crush on expert! I think it might be my second-hardest song, after Run to the Hills. Only got 83% and never once got any of the energy phrases. I think I reached a 4x multiplier only once or twice, but I still got past it and can finally move on in my solo tour.

Hey Spork, what song did you get the flawless drumming achievement on? Alas, my Rock Band progress/availability is stalled for a couple months.

Silver off of Doolittle. It's totally not worth it unless you buy the full album like I did.

It starts with 3 bass hits spaced neatly apart, then you just hit bass, green and yellow all at the same time every 4-count. It's so pathetically easy on drums.

That was a one-off, but I am currently playing Night At The Museum 2 for easy points. Borrowed from my nephew!

Also, it's true about Avatar. It's holding an artificially high price due to how easy it is to max out.

It's still under warranty (had to talk to a service rep to confirm), so I'll just be down for about a month.
