Again, hate losing when I leave points on the bench. Should've gone with my gut instead of picking up new guys. With those two lineup choices, I ended up with 81.74 instead of 105.64 which would've been good enough for the win. But even if it hadn't been, I still would feel better about it because I'd be doing the best I could with the guys I had.

Lobstrosity and I agreed on a trade. He initiated it in Yahoo and I accepted. Now it says it is pending. What has to happen for it to go through? Does dogmeat (commissioner) have to approve it?

I left points on the bench too. I came this close to playing Rosenfels over Delhomme, but then decided against it. When I saw Rosenfels had thrown 4 interceptions to 1 touchdown, I thought I'd made the right decision. But then Delhomme did the same thing, and got many fewer yards! Luckily Peterson and Boldin each had a monster week.

Edit: Also, apparently my kicker took out Devin Hester on his way to the goal line. He should get points for that!

So it's been a couple days. dogmeat, do you have to do something to make this trade happen?

Assuming you're talking to me and that you're referring to Tony Romo, he's back in action. This article claims he "returns with bounce in his step," but it was a low scoring game so it wasn't spectacular fantasy-wise. Still, an optimistic return because it didn't seem like his hand was bothering him.

Thanks to the Texans playing like complete shit on Defense I'm now up to third place in my league with a good shot at the playoffs.

As you saw, no action on my part was required.

5 teams in my league are tied at the top at 7-4. I'm in 3rd place based on points and there's only like an 80 point difference between me and 1st. Crazy league.

I suspect you are happier with his 27 point game this week.

I'm 10-2 after this week in my highly competitive 12 team league.
So while my team in the CoT league suck pole, at least I'm not completely doomed to watch from the sidelines during playoff week.

I guess with only eight teams this year, there are no consolation playoffs?

Looks like there are consolation playoffs, so everyone will get to participate in Weeks 15 and 16. On the League homepage, one of the four gray tabs is Playoffs, and there's a link for Consolation.

Now that the top four spots have been clinched, cementing the participants of the championship and consolation playoffs, I guess the outcome of Week 14 is not all that important for anyone.
