Indeed, it probably does. :-)

Read this and all will be revealed.

There are currently two "new" themes to choose from.

There are notsosmartBlue and smartBlue, notsosmartBlue is just me doing my best to mimic smartBlue, smartBlue is the old smartBlue just using the subsilver template, so it's a slightly weird franken-theme.

They're both infinitely better than swiftblue IMHO, and much more comfy to me (IE close to what I'm used to) than subSilver, which makes me feel like I'm at Porkfry's

Just all be warned that the franken-theme "smartBlue" is kinda under "probation". I expect that there might be some weird issue with it somewhere along the way. :-)

But it's good to have it back.

Have some faith...

Yes it's under probation, but I'm fairly confident it won't give Rob (and I guess now by extension me) any issues with upgrading things.

Groove-some.

For what it's worth, I've been running it since you made it, Gobo. Pretty sweet so far. :-)

And is there any better reason to use it?

Come on everyone... use the new smartBlue... Rob's doing it!

The only problem with using subSilver as a template, is that on the post reply screen, the text is tiny...

On the old SmartBlue, the text size in the input area was bigger, I'm sure... Would it be too much effort to change the subsilver template?

I imagine that this can be tweaked with judicious fuckmuppetry within the CSS file, Spork.

I must admit, it is a little small for me too (as the actress said etc etc)

I made a slight change to smartblue

Links are no longer the same colour as text. I got annoyed at playing "Find the link"

UPDATE: Just in case you didn't notice, you're probably running on the subsilver/smartblue hybrid at the moment. Sorry about that. It's just that the other templates will require some patching and I've not got around to doing it yet.

More news when I have it.
