That is pretty cool, actually; thanks for pointing that out. I've thought about doing a comic for a while, but finding the time to do any kind of serial, 3+ panel layout would be difficult. It's been floating around for a bit, though, and I may do it one of these days. Those singular scenes take forever to set up sometimes.

I know, I know! That whole week leading up to NY I was thinking about pretty much nothing but... I may get started on that one tonight, actually.

I'll send the rest of the pics to Rob at some point tomorrow night, I just have to get rid of this headache before I work on some more of the poses.

(Whoda thunk a Die Hard 3 pic would give me more of a headache than any of the rest so far... )

That's great. Do other sports next. Like uh, American Football and maybe water polo.

Nice, Psycho. I liked how it looks like Barney is doing an interpretational dance in that second pic... :)

Sorry about the delays on the Die Hard pics Bag (and anyone else that wanted to see 'em, for that matter.) I'm definitely going to finish them tonight and put them up for viewing. If anything just to cheer myself up; I have had one of the most phenomenally shitty days in my life today.

I swear I won't take this long in the future! I just could not get my footing with this one for some reason... :)

Ooh, I've got it. Since it's going to be Star Wars week, how about a classic scene from the original trilogy. Perhaps the Vader offering his hand to Luke scene in Empire Strikes Back

Don't they have, like, water in that game?

Next scene: The scene from Crouching Tiger where the two women are fighting in the arena. Shu Len uses all the different weapons and Zhao Long uses the Green Destiny. I think the challenge here will be doing the weapons (you may have to improvise), and also finding two characters that look like asian women.

If you can't do that, I'll settle for the scene in the Matrix where Neo is firing the gatling gun from the helicopter to save Morpheus from the Agents.

There's water there! Look at the first pic. :)

I think I'll do the scene from The Matrix. The helicopter will probably be difficult, but I haven't seen Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon in long enough to rember even vaguely how that scene flows or looks. Plus, as hard as the helicopter will be, finding something in the game that looks even remotely like a sword would be impossible.

In fairness, we've been building 'ground zeros' near Iraqi mosques since March 2003.

I'll be starting work on this tonight, with nary an idea of how in the hell I'm going to do that helicopter. :) I'll figure something out, though. Plus, there's something else I'll be working on with another forumer that I hope might serve as a cool project for people to stare at, and occasionally be amused by.
